Position: Spanish Customer Specialist (Educational Tools Account)

Salary: Php 25,000 - Php 30,000 gross
Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
➤ Filipino who can speak Spanish and English
➤ Basic to Conversational Spanish are welcome to apply
➤ No Experience required, candidates looking for a first bilingual job are highly welcome!
➤ Open for Senior High School, Undergraduate, or College graduate
➤ Entry levels are very much welcome to apply
➤ Willing to work onsite in Davao City

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
➤ Responsible for answering inquiries to the customer via email, chat, and calls in Spanish or English
➤ Help customers in assisting on how to Nativage those Educational tools
➤ Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products by handling complaints and inquiries well
➤ Troubleshooting common issues with the products
➤ Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
➤ Escalating queries and concerns, when necessary
