Position: Japanese Order Fulfilment Analyst
Industry: Shared Service
Salary: Php 100,000 gross
Schedule: Shifting
Location: Makati City
Work Set-up: Onsite
Requirement:
🌸Japanese level 1, 2 level (No Certification required)
🌸Bachelor’s Degree holder in any course
🌸Experience in customer service
🌸Good communication skills.
🌸Willing to work onsite in Makati City
Responsibilities:
🌸Responsible in process channel orders from distributors, direct resellers, and carriers
🌸Monitoring and evaluation of all order issues
🌸Ensure completeness and accuracy when processing Purchase orders and quotes
🌸Provides Shipment Confirmation to Customers an dentures that orders are in ready condition and correct status before each order status
🌸Monitoring and evaluation of all orders and sales processes as well as preparation of order reports.
🌸Accountable for the forecast accuracy metrics.
🌸Understand and interpret the potential impact that market trends and demand drivers can have on demand.
🌸Provide recommendations to enhance and improve the business process for the efficiency of the operations.
