Salary: Php90,000-Php100,000

Requirements:

🚀Open for both Filipino and Thai National
🚀Bachelor’s Degree or Undergraduates
🚀Fluent in both Thai and English
🚀At least 1 year experience in Technical Support is advantage
🚀Amenable to work in shifting schedule

Responsibilities:
🚀Provides first line of support and resolves simple to complex technical and non-technical issues reported by users or systems.
🚀Translations of some documents from English to Thai and Vice versa
🚀Escalate concerns to the next level
🚀Provide excellent customer service
🚀Perform other related tasks
