Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 85,000 gross
Work Schedule: Night Shift | Shifting

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
◉ Open for Filipino national Fluent in German and English
◉ Bachelor Degree holder
◉ Preferably have B2 level certificate in German
◉ Customer Service experience is an advantage
◉ Can start as soon as possible
◉ Willing to work onsite

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
◉ Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
◉ Answer all emails from customers with regards to console and billing issues
◉ Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
◉ Maintain accurate customer and billing records
◉ Other duties as assigned
