Job Requirements:
⚡Associate or Vocational Graduate, College Undergraduate and/or Graduate are welcome to apply
⚡at least 1 year of QA experience in handling any account of a BPO company
is an advantage
⚡Candidates residing in Manila or nearby provinces
⚡Amenable to attend interviews
⚡Can start as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:
⚡Offers agents coaching and mentoring tp increase performance
⚡Ensure that appropriate knowledge tools, techniques and standards are being utilized
⚡Monitors and gives feedback to the client and the management team
⚡Coordinates and takes part in quality calibration sessions with the management group and clients.
⚡Comply with all HIPAA regulations and instructions.
⚡Other duties may be assigned by immediate superiors
