They acquired the 150-seat Filipino call center with the intention of using it as its base for accessing markets within the Southeast Asian region. They are currently active in verticals such as banking, financial services, payroll processing, claims management, and student loan consolidation.

Job Requirements:
⚡At least High School (old curriculum) graduate | SHS Graduate | Associate or
Vocational Graduate | College Graduate
⚡ With at least 2 years of real time analyst experience in a BPO company is an advantage
⚡Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule
⚡Amenable to attend interviews
⚡Can start as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:
⚡Analyze and monitor real time call volume, service level performance ad agent availability
⚡Collaborate with workforce management to make real time adjustments
⚡Identify and escalate system outages, technical issues, and any events impacting contact center performance
⚡ Effectively communicate real-time insights, recommendations, and updates to team members, supervisors, and management
⚡Maintain accurate and timely records of real-time activities, actions taken, and results achieved. Document any operational changes or escalations.
⚡Other duties may be assigned by immediate superiors
