Position: Order to Cash Senior Manager
Company Industry: Shared Services
Work Location: Taguig City
Work Schedule: Weekends Off (9:00 am – 6:00 pm)
Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 130,000 (Negotiable)
Work Set Up: Onsite during probationary & Hybrid upon regularization (3 days onsite, 2 days work from home)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Bachelors Degree holder
✨ Has experience using SAP software.
✨ Has at least 6 years and above of experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service, Order Management in a Shared Service/BPO environment.
✨ Amenable to work on site.
✨ Amenable to attend face to face interview once requested.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨Carries out routine process checks and reviews for customer care procedures that are specific to each country.
✨Highest level of escalation for stakeholders & local business partners
✨Principal Point of Contact for Order to Cash Transitions and Supply Chain Management Activities
✨Oversees the annual strategic and tactical planning team, ensuring that team and company goals are in line and that action plans are in place to support targets and objectives.
✨Participates actively as a member of the management committee.
