Job Requirements:
⚡At least High School (old curriculum) graduate | SHS Graduate | Associate or
Vocational Graduate | College Graduate
⚡With at least 6 months of work experience in a BPO company is an advantage
⚡Willing to work on a shifting schedule
⚡Amenable to attend interviews
⚡Can start as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:
⚡Handled customer request in timely and appropriate manner
⚡Make use of variety of help ware and client based tools and application
⚡Give promptly and professionally support by email, phone or chats.
⚡Respond to consumer questions, troubleshoot issues, and walk users through the process of resolving minor issues
⚡Other duties may be assigned by immediate superiors
