JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Holder of a bachelor's degree
✨ Has worked with SAP software before.
✨ Has 6 years or more of expertise in a shared service or business process outsourcing setting in the areas of order management, customer service, and supply chain.
✨ Capable of working on location.
✨ Willing to participate in in-person interviews upon request.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ Performs regular process evaluations and checks for national customer service protocols.
✨ Maximum degree of escalation for local business partners and stakeholders
✨Main Point of Contact for Supply Chain Management and Order to Cash Transitions
✨Manages the yearly strategic and tactical planning team, guaranteeing that aims and objectives are supported by action plans and that team and business goals are aligned.
✨Exerts active participation in the management committee.
