Position: Spanish Automotive Help Desk Support - 3 Months project-based
Company Industry: IT Company
Work Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Salary: Php 50,000 gross
Work Schedule: Nighshift/Shifting
Work Setup: Work Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
➤Preferably Filipino who can speak, read, and write Spanish and English
➤Open for foreign nationals who have permanent visas in the Philippines
➤Knowledge in the Automotive Industry or familiarization with Vehicle parts
➤Willing to accept project-based for 3 Months
➤Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
➤Responsible for taking calls from customer or clients inquries such as as email, chats and call by Spanish/English speaking
➤Help customers understand the products and services by providing the best customer service
➤In charge of monitoring and updating about vehicle parts to ensure that the products is high quality and efficiently
➤Help customers and client to provide the correct vehicle information such as warranty, safety features and maintenance requirement for the safety used.
➤Perform other related task
