Position: Mandarin Travel Coordinator
Company Industry: Travel and Tours Company
Work Location: Parañaque City
Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule ( 6 working days)
( Monday-Friday (9 AM-6 PM) | Saturday (9 AM-3 PM) (WFH) except every 3rd Saturday of the month also if they are required to come to the office)
Salary: Php 40,000-Php 80,000
Work Set Up: Work On-site

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✅Proficient in Mandarin and English language
✅Open to high school, undergraduate, and Bachelor’s graduates (hospitality, travel, tourism, or related fields are preferred)
✅Relevant experience in a Customer Service environment is mandatory, at least two years is preferred.
✅A good understanding of travel products, services, and destinations.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
✅Answering client inquiries, providing recommendations and advice, making reservations, and managing payments.
✅Resolving any issues that arise during the travel process.
✅Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
✅Ensuring that all travel arrangements meet the client's needs and expectations.
✅Serve as the main point of contact for Chinese/Foreign speaking clients seeking travel services (Inbound or Outbound)
