A Hotel and Leisure industry that provides and offers hotel reservations, casino entertainment, conference facilities for events and recreational activities. This company also provides excellent costumers service in the Philippines.
Position: Live Streaming Planning Manager
Industry: Hotel and Leisure
Location: BGC, Taguig
Salary: Php 90,000 – Php 110,000
Schedule: Weekends Off | 9AM 6PM
Work Set up: On site

Requirements:
🔔 Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Media, Advertising, or related fields.
🔔 2-3 years of experience in live streaming planning or related roles, with preference given to those with team management experience.
🔔 Working in Hotel and Casino industry is an advantage.
🔔 Amenable to work onsite
🔔 Can start as soon as possible is a big plus.

Responsibilities:
🔔 Develop and execute overall strategies for live streaming content to ensure alignment with company marketing objectives and brand image.
🔔 Lead a team responsible for planning, organizing, and executing live streaming activities, including topic selection, host arrangements, and program flow design.
🔔 Collaborate with content creators and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to plan engaging live streaming content while ensuring quality and audience engagement.
🔔 Work closely with the marketing team to integrate live streaming activities with product promotion, sales events, and other marketing initiatives to enhance brand exposure and sales performance.
🔔 Monitor the execution effectiveness of live streaming activities, collect and analyze data, and provide effective feedback and improvement suggestions.
🔔 Stay updated on industry trends and competitive dynamics in the live streaming sector, and adjust strategies and plans accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
