Client Profile:
A Hotel and Leisure industry that provides and offers hotel reservations, casino entertainment, conference facilities for events and recreational activities. This company also provides excellent costumers service in the Philippines.
Position: Events Planner Executive
Industry: Hotel and Casino
Location: BGC, Taguig
Salary: Php 30,000 – Php 45,000
Schedule: Weekends Off | 9AM 6PM
Work Set up: On site
Requirements:
💥 Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
💥 2-3 years of experience in event planning or a related role is highly desirable.
💥 Amenable to work onsite
💥 Can start as soon as possible is a big plus.
💥 Working in Hotel and Casino industry is an advantage
Responsibilities:
💥 Assist in the development and execution of event plans and timelines.
💥 Coordinate logistical details.
💥 Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services and materials
💥 Coordinate with various teams and departments to ensure seamless collaboration.
💥 Manage schedules, appointments, and follow-ups related to event planning.
