JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT or related field
✨ 1 -5 years related experience
✨ Proficient in Apigee Edge Cloud and Private Cloud (OPDK) products and architecture
✨ Strong troubleshooting skills in API Management and Gateway systems (Apigee)
✨ Solid knowledge of web technologies (HTTP, HTML, DNS, TCP, etc.) and REST APIs

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ Create and distribute high-quality incident reports for significant customer situations.
✨ Lead and handle customer escalations and critiques.
✨ Serve as a consultant and subject matter expert (SME) for the team, mentoring and offering technical help and guidance to handle complex/critical issues.
✨ Own, diagnose, and fix complicated technical issues.
✨ Gain a thorough understanding of Apigee product technology and advancements by troubleshooting, doing deep-dive analysis, and discovering the core cause of client issues.
