Work Schedule: Shifting including graveyard shift
Work Set-up: Onsite

Requirements:
🌸Open to Japanese National (Located Philippines and Abroad)
🌸Open to graduate, undergraduate, highschool graduate
🌸Experience in customer service or in any Financial or Online gaming industry
🌸English or Tagalog communication skill

Responsibilities:
🌸Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
🌸General customer support
🌸Inform customers about new features and functionalities
🌸B2B support for payment operations
🌸Other Duties as Assigned
