COMPANY PROFILE: A big global healthcare insurance account in the Philippines is hiring Cantonese-speaking Account Health Specialists. This is a very new account to help policy owners understand their benefits, advantages, list of requirements, coverage, especially the amount for sickness, and hospitalization, and how to process the claims. This is a PIONEER ACCOUNT for this contact center company.
Position: Cantonese Customer Healthcare Specialist
Industry: BPO Company
Location: Pasay City
Work Schedule: Night Shift
Salary: Php 90,000
Work Set up: Work onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
◉ Filipino National can speak, read and write Cantonese (At least conversational level)
◉ Open for Foreign nationals in Cantonese
◉ College undergraduates are welcome to apply
◉ With at least 3-6 months work experience is a big advantage
◉ Willing to work onsite in Pasay City
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
◉ Assist Cantonese patients with the requirements to get the amount of the policy
◉ Give the list to Cantonese the list of hospitals and clinics for check-ups
◉ Assist members with questions, inquiries, issues, and status related to their healthcare and benefits coverage
◉ Answer emails and calls from insured Cantonese speaker about their policy
◉ Assist Cantonese patients on how much the coverage for hospitalization
