Position: Legal Expert

Salary Offer: Php60,000-Php70,000
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (9:00am to 6:00pm)
Work Set Up: Work on Site

Job Requirements:
✨Bachelor’s Degree holder
✨At least 3-5 years’ experience in legal role
✨With experience in international law firm and/or in rural bank, financing or lending companies is an advantage
✨Can start as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:
✨Act as the company's primary contact for all legal and regulatory matters.
✨Draft and review different types of contracts.
✨Handle investigations and inquiries from law enforcement and other agencies.
✨Draft and update various types of internal and external policies.
✨Maintain positive relationships with external lawyers.
✨Report to the legal head.
