Company Profile: A big global healthcare insurance account in the Philippines is hiring Cantonese-speaking Account Health Specialists for their 28 headcounts. This is a very new account to help policy owners understand their benefits, advantages, list of requirements, coverage, especially the amount for sickness, and hospitalization, and how to process the claims. This is a PIONEER ACCOUNT for this contact center company.

Position: Cantonese Health Analyst (Pioneer Account)
Company Industry: BPO Company
Work Location: Pasay City
Work Schedule: Night Shift Schedule
Salary: Php 90,000
Work Set Up: Work On-site

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
⭐Filipino who can speak, read, and write in Cantonese (conversational level)
⭐Filipino who can speak English (conversational level)
⭐College Undergraduates are welcome to apply
⭐With at least 3-6 months customer service experience is a plus
⭐No age limit and no gender preferences

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
⭐Responsible in answering emails and calls from Cantonese patients or customers.
⭐Help to assist Cantonese speaker onn how to claim thier amount of money.
⭐Manage the inquiries and concerns of Cantonese speaker regarding their insurance.
⭐Provide information to Cantonese speakers about the qualification for reimbursement of fees.
⭐Provide the policy type and its benefits to the Cantonese Speakers.
