Position: Mandarin-Fukkien Financial Services Business Analyst
Company Industry: BPO Company
Work Location: Taguig City
Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule with 2 days off per week
Salary: Php 45,000-Php 55,000
Work Set Up: Work On-site

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✅Filipino who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin and Fukien (conversational level)
✅Filipino who can speak English (conversational level)
✅At least 2nd year College Undergraduates are welcome to apply
✅No age limit and no gender preferences
✅Can start as soon as possible

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
✅Responsible for answering inquiries and concerns of customers regarding with credit card.
✅Manage any Bank related matters
✅Manage the credit card comensations
✅Manage inbound calls and give customer services to loval bank credit customers
✅Assist in redemptions of the gift certificate
