REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✨Proficient in Cantonese and English.
✨WITHOUT BPO healthcare background is WELCOME.
✨Open to work in a Nightshift Schedule, 100% work on-site

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
✨Answer emails and calls from insured Cantonese speaker about their policy
✨Assist Cantonese patients on how much is the coverage for hospitalization
✨Assist Cantonese patients with the requirements to get the amount of the policy
✨Give Cantonese customers their policy type and its benefits
✨Discuss the qualification of the patient to be qualified for reimbursement of fees
