COMPANY PROFILE: One of the business process outsourcing company in the Philippines, that provides customer services support to medical industries in both the US and Philippines. The company is hiring for Korean speakers that will assist their Korean Medical Representative and customers.

Position: Korean Technical Helpdesk Associate (Medical Devices)
Industry: BPO Company
Location: Makati City
Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 100,000 (Negotiable)
Schedule: Shifting schedule (5 working days, 2 days off)
Work setup: Permanent work from home setup (Laptop provided)

JOB REQUIREMENTS
🔸 Filipino national cans speak Korean language
🔸 Degree holder or undergraduate of any courses
🔸 TOPIK or Non-TOPIK passer can apply
🔸 Has customer service and technical support exposure is a huge advantage
🔸 Can start ASAP

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
🔸 Guide the Korean customer how to troubleshoot the device
🔸 Handling inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
🔸 Answer the concern of the customers via phone, email or chat.
🔸 Assist Korean medical representative with their concerns on a particular device
🔸 Help Korean Medical Technician in trouble shooting the device
🔸 Perform other related task
