Company Profile:
This company is a real estate company providing construction business to the Chinese business owners who would like to expand in the Philippine market.

Position: Mandarin Property Supervisor
Industry: Real Estate
Location: Aseana Avenue, Paranaque
Schedule: Dayshift 10am-7pm, 6 days off per month
Salary: Negotiable
Work Set-up: Onsite

Requirements:
💠A Filipino or Chinese national who is proficient in Mandarin and English language.
💠Bachelor’s degree graduate of any course
💠Familiar with computer operation and proficient in using office software.

Responsibilities:
💠 Use social media to communicate with both local and foreign tenants.
💠Help employees with all of their queries and problems, and if required, report concerns to management authorities.
💠At every location, organize interviews with foreign nationals in order to monitor the safety of the workers.
💠Gather reports of incidents, document them, and find solutions for each party involved.
💠Audit and compile documentation, files, and contracts pertaining to compliance.
