JOB REQUIREMENTS:
◉ Filipino national can speak, read and write in German
◉ Open for Foreign national fluent in German and English
◉ Bachelor Degree holder
◉ Customer Service experience is an advantage
◉ Can start as soon as possible
◉ Willing to work onsite

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
◉ Identify outstanding account receivables
◉ Resolve customer credit issues
◉ Monitor accounts on a daily basis
◉ Answer all emails from customers with regards to console and billing issues
◉ Maintain accurate customer and billing records
