REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
⭐ Proficiency in Mandarin and English Language
⭐ At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
⭐ Must be able to effectively use computers and various software such as CLM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite.
⭐ Working experience or extensive knowledge in contracts and commercial/business law
⭐ Preferably 1-4 years of commercial contract/drafting experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
⭐ Drafting and negotiation of various agreements and other duties
⭐ Communicating with in-house counsel and other legal department stakeholders
⭐ Review contract requests in detail for completeness and accuracy.
⭐ Submitting contracts for e-signature according to defined policies and procedures
⭐ Responding to questions about corporate contracting policy and requirements
⭐ Responding to questions about the status of the contracts in the process
