COMPANY PROFILE: A Singapore-based company that has a decade of experience in serving investment. Currently operating across Southeast Asia offering solutions in the Technology sector.
Position: Mandarin Admin Specialist

Salary: Php 60,000 - Php 80,000

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✨ Proficient in Mandarin and English
✨ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Ad, Finance, or any related field.
✨ With 3 years or above experience in a corporate services role.
✨ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
✨ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
✨ Provide administrative support to the corporate services team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports and meeting minutes.
✨ Assist foreign investors/ foreign institutions with market entry and explore investment opportunities.
✨ Drafting and reviewing contracts, providing legal advice, and representing the company in legal proceedings.
✨ Manage foreign client properties including coordinating Chinese brokers, building admin concerns, and presenting the property update and pricing analysis from the investment department to foreign clients.
✨ Assist foreign recruitment: including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews first, and onboarding new employees with the HR manager if any.
✨ Billing and collecting account receivables to clients.
✨ Assist the corporate service team with leadership, guidance, and support.
✨ Conduct performance reviews and provide opportunities for professional development
✨ Prepare reports and evaluate data on the functioning of the corporate service department.
