COMPANY PROFILE: Work with the biggest contact center handling the largest bank company in the Philippines. They are currently handling the LARGEST PHILIPPINE BANK and servicing Chinese and Fukien speakers. With around 1500 branches in the Philippines, this is tagged as one of the most successful businesses in the Philippines. Currently, this bank is serving corporate and residential customers.
Position: Mandarin-Fukkien Financial Services Business Analyst
Company Industry: BPO Company
Work Location: Taguig City
Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule with 2 days off per week
Salary: Php 45,000-Php 55,000
Work Set Up: Work On-site
REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✅Filipino who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin and Fukien (conversational level)
✅Filipino who can speak English (conversational level)
✅At least 2nd year College Undergraduates are welcome to apply
✅No age limit and no gender preferences
✅Can start as soon as possible
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
✅Responsible for answering inquiries and concerns of customers regarding with credit card.
✅Manage any Bank related matters
✅Manage the credit card comensations
✅Manage inbound calls and give customer services to loval bank credit customers
✅Assist in redemptions of the gift certificate
