REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✅Proficient in Mandarin and English.
✅ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent preferred
✅5+ years of software implementation experience
✅Experience in software, LMS, e-commerce, and ERP (highly regarded)
✅Strong internal communication skills including the ability to work with all levels of the organization (affiliates, support, vendors, operations, and within the global team).

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
✅Project management responsibilities of this position include owning and cultivating internal relationships for assigned affiliates during the implementation phase and throughout the ongoing relationship after implementation.
✅To be the primary point of contact for affiliates during and after project implementations.
✅Responsible for overseeing all affiliate implementations, coordinating and prioritizing conflicting priorities.
✅To be the voice between affiliates, global team(s), support team(s), and vendor(s) regarding functional feature updates, scope changes, and core feature changes.
✅Prioritises project tasks, timelines, and project plans that are in conflict and communicates status to affiliates, central team, and senior management as needed,
