JOB REQUIREMENTS:
➤ Filipino who can speak Spanish and English
➤ Basic to Conversational Spanish are welcome to apply
➤ No Experience required, candidates looking for a first bilingual job are highly welcome!
➤ Open for Senior High School, Undergraduate, or College graduate
➤ Entry levels are very much welcome to apply
➤ Willing to work onsite in Davao City

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
➤ In charge of taking calls, email and chat to customer by Spanish/English speaking
➤ Assist clients in utilizing those instructional resources.
➤ Ensuring consumer satisfaction with products through effective handling of grievances and questions
➤ Troubleshooting common issues with the products and services by providing the best customer service
➤ Examine and report product flaws (e.g., by simulating users or testing various situations).
➤ Escalating queries and concerns, when necessary
