Position: Mandarin-Fukien Financial Support Specialist
Company Industry: BPO Company
Work Location: BGC, Taguig City
Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule with 2 days off per week
Salary: Php 45,000-Php 55,000
Work Set Up: Work On-site

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✨Filipino who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin and Fukien (conversational level)
✨Filipino who can speak English (conversational level)
✨At least 2nd year College Undergraduates are welcome to apply
✨No age limit and no gender preferences
✨3-6 months of customer service experience is a big plus

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
✨Taking inbound calls and providing customer services to local bank credit card customers
✨Responsible for any Bank related matters
✨Answering inquiries or concerns related to credit card
✨Handle credit card redemptions
✨Assist in redemptions of the gift certificate
