Position: HR Generalist
Company Industry: Manufacturing Company
Work Location: Rosario, Cavite
Work Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday - Saturday)
Salary: Php 16,000 - Php 25,000 (Negotiable)
Work Set Up: Work On Site

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Bachelor's degree holder
✨ At least 3 years of experience in HR field
✨ Has experience working in the same industry is an advantage.
✨ Capable of working on site.
✨ Willing to participate in in-person interviews once requested.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨Administer salary and benefit plans.
✨Assist with the talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
✨Conduct employee onboarding and assist with training and development activities.
✨Provide assistance to employees on various HR-related matters
✨Encourage HR programs to foster a productive and conflict-free workplace.
✨Assist in the formulation and implementation of human resource policy.
✨Conduct quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
✨Maintain personnel files and records in both electronic and paper formats.
✨Ensure compliance with labor standards.
