The students come from Japan, China, Taiwan, Russia, Brazil, Vietnam, Thailand, and Mongolia. They employ an effective e-learning classroom application that is handy for both students and teachers. There are 1,000 ESL teachers, and counting.

Position: Recruitment Supervisor

Work Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5 PM
Salary: Php30,000 - Php35,000 (Negotiable depending on years of experience)
Work Set Up: Work On Site

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Bachelor's degree holder
✨ At least 3 years of experience as a Recruitment Supervisor
✨ Has experience working in the same industry is an advantage.
✨ Capable of working on site.
✨ Willing to participate in in-person interviews once requested.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨Manage and lead the recruitment team, offering advice and assistance.
✨Create and implement recruitment strategies that attract top talent.
✨Manage the whole recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
✨Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure that candidates meet the company's standards.
✨Maintain contacts with recruiting agencies and job boards.
✨Monitor and evaluate recruitment indicators to help enhance the hiring process.
✨Provide regular training sessions for the recruitment team to help them improve their abilities.
✨Work with department managers to understand hiring needs and requirements.
