JOB DETAILS :
COMPANY PROFILE: This company was founded in 1980 and currently has over 230 branches around the world. This global network enables consumers to obtain the most up-to-date travel information from around the world, allowing for the simple arrangement of airline and other forms of tickets, as well as hotel reservations. The original tours planned by each retail shop are also well-regarded.

Position: HR Assistant Manager
Company Industry: Travel Agency
Work Location: Makati City
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Weekends Off)
Salary: Php 45,000 - Php 55,000 (Negotiable depending on years of experience)
Work Set Up: Work On Site

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Bachelor's degree holder
✨ At least 3 years of experience as HR Supervisor or HR Assistant Manager
✨ Has experience working in the same industry is an advantage.
✨ Capable of working on site.
✨ Willing to participate in in-person interviews once requested.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ Creating and implementing HR plans and activities
✨ Addressing demands, concerns, or other difficulties can bridge the gap between management and employees.
✨ Managing the recruitment and selection processes
✨ Develop and monitor the overall HR strategy, systems, tactics, and procedures within the organization.
✨ Maintain a positive workplace environment.
✨ Create a clear and straightforward orientation flow regarding the company's policies for onboarding employees.
✨ Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that promotes excellent performance.
✨ Create a database of salary and benefits that align with the market range.
✨ Assess training needs to implement and manage training programs.
✨ Report to management and provide decision support using HR indicators.
✨ Maintain legal compliance throughout human resource management.
✨ Collect the newest information, report to management, and update or apply the company's policies as appropriate.
