Position; Mandarin Customer Support Associate
Company Industry: BPO Company
Work Location: Cebu City
Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 100,000
Work Schedule: Shifting
Work Set -up: Work Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
❍ Filipino national can speak, read and write in Mandarin
❍ Has a customer service experience is a big advantage
❍ Open to work in Cebu City
❍ Willing to work onsite
❍ Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
❍ Prepare complete and accurate report on the issues received
❍ Providing assistance to external users of the client's technical products or services with regards to their questions or concerns
❍ Provide Basic Troubleshooting for customers issues in hardware, software, networking or other designated products
❍ Escalate customers inquiries to the appropriate department when needed.
❍ Manage the customer service process from start to finish, including asking customers about their issues, troubleshooting solutions, assembling and forwarding information, and verifying the customer’s understanding of that information
