Position: Mandarin Property Administrator

Work Schedule: Dayshift (10:00 AM - 7:00 PM) | 6 Days Off per month
Work Setup: Onsite

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
➤ Proficient in speaking, reading and writing Mandarin and English
➤ Preferably Filipino or Chinese National who has permanent visa in the Philippines
➤ Preferably Bachelor’s Degree Holder of any courses but not required
➤ Familiar with computer operation and proficient in using office microsoft office
➤ Willing to work onsite in Paranaque City

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
➤ Responsible for the translation work of the building property and the management of Filipino employees
➤ Responsible for the procurement and management of administrative materials and office supplies, and assisting employees in completing the requisition work
➤ Handle urgent issues reported by merchants and make arrangements for administrative work
➤ Assist superior supervisors in the arrangement and execution of various administrative affairs
➤ Complete other routine tasks assigned by superiors
