Position: Mandarin Customer Specialist
Company Industry: BPO Company
Work Location: McKinley, Taguig City
Salary: Php 90,000
Work Schedule: Shifting Scheduled with 2 days off
Work Setup: Onsite

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
➤ Proficient in Mandarin and English
➤ Preferably, a Bachelor's degree in any courses
➤ Also, open to undergraduates and High School graduates with BPO Experience
➤ Relevant experience in Customer Service is a big plus
➤ A good understanding of travel products, services and destinations
➤ Knowledgeable to use computer and MS Applications

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
➤ Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, and chat
➤ Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
➤ Assisting and helping customers with product concerns
➤ Monitoring and tracking orders
➤ Performed other related tasks if needed
