Position: Mandarin Sales Account Management

Work Location: Eastwood, Quezon City
Salary: Php 100,000
Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule (2 Days Off)
Work Setup: Onsite

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
➤ Proficient in Mandarin and English language.
➤ Open to Bachelor's graduate and undergraduate of any courses.
➤ BPO and Sales experience is a big advantage
➤ Customer Service experience is a big advantage.
➤ Can work in a shifting schedule.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
➤ Assist in presales inquiries regarding Software products.
➤ Responsible for processing customer orders.
➤ Providing and receiving information.
➤ Assist customers via inbound calls and outbound calls for selling basic products and services.
➤ Route customers to other teams who can best address their queries
➤ Retain customers who wish to cancel their subscriptions
➤ Assist in canceling subscriptions if customers cannot be retained
➤ Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
➤ Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
