Position: Mandarin Customer Service Support

Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule and 2 days off a week
Work Set up: Work Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
◉ Filipino national fluent in Mandarin and English
◉ Open to Undergraduate nd Bachelor's degree holder
◉ Has a customer service experience is a big advantage
◉ Computer literate and a good understanding of travel products, services and destinations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
◉ Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
◉ Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, and chat
◉ Monitoring and tracking orders
◉ Troubleshooting and providing assistance to customers
◉ Perform other related tasks
