Salary: Php 25,000 - Php 30,000 gross

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
➤ Filipino who can speak Spanish and English
➤ Basic to Conversational Spanish are welcome to apply
➤ No Experience required, candidates looking for a first bilingual job are highly welcome!
➤ Open for Senior High School, Undergraduate, or College graduate
➤ Entry levels are very much welcome to apply
➤ Willing to work onsite in Davao City

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
➤ In-charge with calls, email and chat to customer regarding with their concerns and inquries by Spanish/English speaking
➤ Assist clients in utilizing those instructional resources.
➤ Troubleshooting common issues together with providing the best customer service
➤Analyze and identify any issues in the product (e.g., by testing different scenarios or imitating users).
➤ Escalating queries and concerns, when necessary and provide the best solution to its problem
➤ Perform other related task
