Position: Danish IT Helpdesk Support
Company Industry: IT/BPO Company
Work Location: McKinley, Taguig City
Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 85,000 gross
Work Schedule: Shifting
Work Set-up: Work Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✔️ Proficient in Danish and English Language
✔️ At least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate Undergraduate, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
✔️ Knowledgeable in Computer application
✔️ Computer and internet savvy - can navigate through Windows/Internet with ease.
✔️ Experience in handling IT or Technical Support is a plus
✔️ BPO experience is an advantage
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✔️ Assist Danish customers with their concerns about a specific account
✔️ Provides basic troubleshooting for customers
✔️ Set up new users' accounts and profiles and resolve password issues
✔️ Attend to inquiries from customers regarding hardware or software problems of computer
✔️ Analyse call logs or ticket requests to detect common trends and underlying problems
✔️ Responding to the concerns of the clients via phone call or email
✔️ Perform other related tasks
