COMPANY PROFILE: This company has been in the industry for almost 30 years and operates across Asia and Europe. They are currently one of the most used online platforms around the world.
Position: Mandarin Online Seller Support Specialist
Company Industry: Shared Services
Work Location: Pasay City
Salary: Php 80,000 – Php 100,000
Work Schedule: Dayshift and Midshift (2 Days Off)
Work Setup: Onsite
REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
❍ Proficient in Mandarin and English
❍ Preferably, a Bachelor's degree in any courses
❍ Also, open to undergraduates and High School graduates with BPO Experience
❍ Experiences in similar BPO set-ups is a big plus
❍ Experience in Customer Support is a big advantage
❍ At least knowledgeable in Outlook, Word, and Excel or similar desktop applications
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
❍ Provides prompt and efficient service to Sellers, including the appropriate escalation of Sellers' issues.
❍ Interact with Sellers by phone and email with the objectives of coaching and helping them with account-related topics.
❍ Actively seeks solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation
❍ Coordinate with other departments as required to resolve Seller's issues and questions.
❍ Performed other related tasks if needed
