With around 1500 branches in the Philippines, this is tagged as one of the most successful businesses in the Philippines. Currently, this bank is serving corporate and residential customers.

Position: Mandarin-Fukien Financial Support Specialist
Company Industry: BPO Company
Work Location: BGC, Taguig City
Salary: Php 45,000 - Php 55,000
Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule (2 days off per week)
Work Set-up: Onsite

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
➤ Filipino who can speak, read, and write Mandarin and Fukien (Conversational Level)
➤ Filipino who can speak English (Conversation Level)
➤ At least 2nd year College Level are welcome to apply
➤ No age limit and no gender preferences
➤ With at least 3-6 months of customer service experience is a big plus
➤ Willing to work in Taguig City

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
➤ Taking inbound calls and providing customer services to local bank credit card customers
➤ Responsible for any Bank related matters
➤ Answering inquiries or concerns related to credit card
➤ Handle credit card redemptions
➤ Assist in redemptions of the gift certificate
➤ Discuss the credit card perks
➤ Discuss the payment terms and card activation
➤ Verify the account information and updates
