Company Industry : Manufacturing Company for Aircon
Work Location: Quezon City
Work Schedule: Regular Schedule (Mon-Friday)
Salary: Php 25,000 - Php 35,000
Work Set Up: Working Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨Bachelor's/College Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (with
experience/knowledge in Air-conditioning)
✨At least 1 to 2 years of after sales experience in manufacturing or service industry
✨Preferably with valid Driver’s License and can drive a 4-wheel vehicle
✨Licensed Engineer is a plus
✨Amenable to work in Quezon City

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨Perform field quality customer service by responding to customer priorities, rearranged
schedules.
✨Communicate effectively with customers, service manager, service technicians.
✨Organize, coordinate, and monitor service requests schedules.
✨Aid the service technicians in resolving technical problem via phone, email, or on-site visitations,
✨Evaluate service request, diagnose defective units, manage ordering of repair parts accordingly,
and find resolution to challenging issues.
