Position: American Customer Support Manager

Work Location: Quezon City
Salary: Php 100,000 - Php 125,000 gross (Negotiable)
Work Schedule: Dayshift (Monday - Friday, Weekends Off)
Work Set-up: Work Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
❍ Open to American, Australian or British national who has permanent residence visa in the Philippines
❍ Open to Graduate and undergraduates
❍ Has Customer Service manager background
❍ Open to work in Quezon City
❍ Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
❍ Setting customer service goals for team members and helping them reach those goals
❍ Interacting with customers and handling customer queries and complaints in a timely manner
❍ Audits customer service procedures and trends and determines system improvements.
❍ Develop service procedures, policies and standards
❍ Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
