Position: Danish Technical System Specialist
Company Industry: IT/BPO Company
Work Location: McKinley, Taguig City
Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 80,000 gross
Work Schedule: Shifting
Work Set-up: Work Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
➤ Proficient in Danish and English Language
➤ Open for Filipino or Foreign national
➤ At least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate Undergraduate, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
➤ Knowledgeable in Computer application
➤ Computer and internet savvy - can navigate through Windows/Internet with ease.
➤ Experience in handling IT or Technical Support is a plus
➤ BPO experience is an advantage

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
➤ Responsible for taking calls, email and chat by providing customer support or Technical support
➤ Responsible to monitor, Installs, modifies, and makes minor repairs to computer hardware and software systems
➤ In charge of productivity, resolves tickets pertaining to requests or issues with technical support made by staff and troubleshoots technical and procedural problems.
➤ Helps people place orders by advising them on what gear and software they should use.
➤ Tests compatibility of new programs with existing ones
➤ Perform other related task
