JOB REQUIREMENTS:
➤ Filipino who can speak Spanish and English
➤ Basic to Conversational Spanish are welcome to apply
➤ No Experience required, candidates looking for a first bilingual job are highly welcome!
➤ Open for Senior High School, Undergraduate, or College graduate
➤ Entry levels are very much welcome to apply
➤ Willing to work onsite in Davao City

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
➤ Responsible for taking calls, email and chat by providing customer support by speaking Spanish/English
➤ Help customers make use of those educational resources
➤ Troublesooting typical problems and provide the finest customer support.
➤ Examine and pinpoint any problems with the product (e.g., by simulating users or testing various situations).
➤ Help to assist customer's with their complaints and inquries by solving their problem
➤ Perform other related task
