JOB DETAILS :
Client Profile: An online tutorial business founded in 2009, with students from Japan, China, Taiwan, Russia, Brazil, Vietnam, Thailand, and Mongolia. They are using an effective e-learning classroom application that is handy for both students and teachers.
Position: Recruitment Supervisor
Company Industry: English Language School
Salary: Php, 25,000-Php 35,000 (depending on years’ experience)
Work Location: Cebu City
Work Schedule: 8am-5pm
Work Set Up: Work onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
📌 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or any related field.
📌 At least 3 years’ experience in Recruitment or have similar role.
📌 With atleast 1-2 years supervisory experience.
📌 Amenable to work onsite.
📌 Amenable to work a soon as possible.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
📌 Supervise and lead the recruitment team, providing guidance and support.
📌 Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards.
📌 Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve the hiring process.
📌 Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure they meet the company’s requirements.
📌 Collaborate with department managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
