Position: Impex Staff
Company Industry: Manufacturing company
Salary: Php16,000 – Php20,000 (negotiable depending on the years of experience)
Work Location: Tanauan City, Batangas
Work Schedule: 8:30 am to 5:30pm (1 working Saturday per month)
Work Set Up: Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✔ Bachelor’s degree holder of any course.
✔ At least 1 year of experience in Import/Export Operation.
✔ Experience in a Manufacturing industry is an advantage.
✔ With experience in processing PEZA/BOC documents.
✔ Amenable to attend face to face once requested.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✔ Responsible for processing of 8106, 8105, EZTS, Gloa & Sub Loa, and it’s documentations.
✔ Checks the accuracy of data on invoice and packing list, PEZA documents prior sending to delivery to ensure smooth processing of the delivery.
✔ Source out and negotiate with suppliers the materials/consumables request of each department.
✔ Create and maintain contact with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
✔ Distribute information to all production section regarding date of arrival of import cargos especially for critical materials.
