Position: Events Planning Specialist
Company Industry: Hotel and Casino
Work Location: Taguig City
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)
Salary: Php 30,000 – Php 45,000
Work Set Up: Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
📌 Bachelor’s degree holder in Hotel and Management or any related field.
📌 At least 1-2 years’ experience in events planning or similar.
📌 With experience working in hotel industry in advantage.
📌 Willing to work onsite.
📌 Amenable to attend face to face interview.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
📌 Assist in the development and execution of event plans and timelines.
📌 Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services and materials.
📌 Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations.
📌 Assist in addressing any issues or challenges that may arise during events.
📌 Ensure proper filling and storage of contact, permits, and other legal documents.
