Position: Japanese Quality Systems Specialist

Location: BGC, Taguig
Salary: Php 85,000 - Php 130,000
Schedule: Day shift | 8:30AM – 5:30PM | Mondays to Fridays(Public Holiday calendar of Japan)
Work set-up: Hybrid Work Arrangement (only required to go to the office 2x a week)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✔️ Graduate of IT-related courses
✔️ Must have JLPT N2 Passer
✔️ Comfortable with Nihongo translations over call and in person
✔️ Has Project Management experience on project
✔️ Proficient in English and Business Level Japanese Language
✔️ Strong stakeholder relationship management and communication skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✔️ Collaborate with Japanese-based Subject Matter Experts to guarantee the efficient implementation and upkeep of the Document Control process.
✔️ Develop a detailed project plan, including tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
✔️ Maintaining standards and adhering to rules requires consistent oversight of process analysis.
✔️ Knowledgeable in ISO and standards
✔️ Knowledgeable on Microsoft Office systems, including Microsoft Excel
✔️ Directly collaborates with operational organizations to deliver consistent
✔️ Communicate project progress, issues, and changes to stakeholders.
✔️ Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns
