Position: Japanese Project Manager
Industry: IT Software Company
Location: Manila(Makati City)/ Cebu City
Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 120,000
Schedule: Day Shift
Work set-up: Hybrid set up (3 days)

Requirements:
✔️ Graduate of IT-related courses
✔️ Must have JLPT N2-N3 Certification
✔️ Comfortable with Nihongo translations over call and in person
✔️ Has Project Management experience on Critical project
✔️ Has experience working with Japanese counterpart/customer
✔️ Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects.
✔️ Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
✔️ Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Responsibilities:
✔️ Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
✔️ Develop a detailed project plan, including tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
✔️ Identify and manage project risks and issues.
✔️ Establish project budgets and allocate resources.
✔️ Knowledgeable with Scrum Agile and Waterfall Methodology
✔️ Identify and engage project stakeholders.
✔️ Communicate project progress, issues, and changes to stakeholders.
✔️ Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns
